Overview
Hoa Phu Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 1473/QD-UBND issued by the People’s Committee of Bac Giang Province on September 9, 2016. The industrial park is developed by Hoa Phu Invest Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Phu My Group. Covering a total planned area of 407.45 hectares, the industrial park is being developed in two phases: Phase 1 (207.45ha) and Phase 2 (200ha). Located in Hiep Hoa District, Bac Giang Province, Hoa Phu Industrial Park is envisioned to become a model eco-industrial park in Vietnam.
The developer prioritizes sustainable infrastructure, including landscape management, waste treatment, and emissions control.
