Overview
Hoa Xa Industrial Park in Nam Dinh was established under Decision No. 1345/CP-CN dated October 3, 2003, by the Prime Minister. The detailed planning of the park was approved and adjusted by the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province under Decision No. 1131/QD-UBND on June 10, 2008, with a total area of 300 hectares. The park is located along Pham Ngu Lao Street, Loc Hoa Commune, My Xa District, Nam Dinh City, Nam Dinh Province.
The project is invested by the Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company with 100% government capital. Construction was completed in 2013, aiming to maintain environmental sustainability, avoid pollution, create ample employment opportunities, and produce export-oriented goods.
Due to its favorable location, synchronized infrastructure, and attractive incentives, Hoa Xa Industrial Park has attracted nearly 120 businesses since its operation began. Key tenants include Najimex JSC, Tasco JSC, Youngone Nam Dinh Co., Ltd., and Tan Truong Phat Co., Ltd. The park has reached 100% occupancy and is providing jobs for approximately 12,000 workers.
Location
Hoa Xa Industrial Park enjoys a strategic location. It is close to National Highway 10 and near the North-South railway line, facilitating convenient transport and logistics. Additionally, the park is situated in an area with an abundant, skilled, and well-trained labor force.
