The Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park has been approved by the Prime Minister as part of the planning orientation for the Southern Thanh – Northern Nghe An region and is listed among the priority industrial parks for development.
On February 26, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 276/QD-TTg on investment policy for the Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park project, located in Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province, under the investment of Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company. In March 2021, the People’s Committee of Nghe An Province issued Decision No. 923/QD-UBND approving the comprehensive adjustment of the 1/2000 scale subdivision planning of Hoang Mai I Industrial Park, reducing the area from 289.67 ha to 264.77 ha.
Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 750 billion, aims to complete the basic construction works that are damaged, degraded, or incomplete at the Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park within 12 months. Previously, in August 2017, Hoang Thinh Dat JSC was approved by the People’s Committee of Nghe An Province to invest and purchase on-land assets from the Hoang Mai Industrial Park Investment JSC to implement infrastructure construction for the project, enjoying investment incentives as a new investor.
Key Industrial Park of Nghe An Province Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park is one of the key industrial infrastructure projects of Nghe An province, located in the Southeast Economic Zone. Its goal is to attract high-tech projects. The industrial park has a highly advantageous location, offering easy access to seaports, road ports, and airports, thereby saving significant transportation and import-export costs.
Labor Resources The industrial park benefits from a young and abundant labor force, situated near Thanh Hoa province, allowing investors to recruit and train workers easily while reducing labor costs and benefiting from low-cost services.
Project Status As of now, the Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park project is in the stage of completing the entire construction infrastructure and is attracting a large number of investors to the park.
Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company The company has successfully attracted Juteng International Group (Taiwan) and supporting enterprises to invest in the Juteng Vietnam factory project, specializing in manufacturing electronic components and auto parts, at Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park. The project covers 180 ha of leased land with a total investment of USD 500 million. It is identified as a key project, serving as a leverage point for the development of Hoang Mai town and Nghe An province as a whole.
