Internal Roads
The internal road system includes two-lane and four-lane roads, capable of supporting large freight vehicles. Future transport routes are planned to pass through the area.

Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from a 10/22kV substation managed by the provincial power company and delivered to the park boundary. Businesses must invest in their own internal distribution systems.

Public Lighting
The street lighting system is separated from the general power grid and installed along all major roads.

Water Supply
The water system, provided by the city’s water supply plant, meets both residential and industrial needs with high capacity.

Drainage System
Separate systems are installed for rainwater and wastewater drainage.

Waste Management
Each factory contracts waste classification and collection services to ensure removal from the park, avoiding environmental pollution. Emission filtering systems are required for all factories to meet national environmental standards.

Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater from both industrial operations and residential use is collected and treated at a centralized facility with a capacity of 2,900 m³/day before being discharged into the environment.

Telecommunications
Telecommunication services are installed using VNPT’s international-standard network, supporting both domestic and global communication.
