Industrial Park No. 5 – Hung Yen. Area: 192.64 hectares – Term: Until 2071
Industrial Park No. 5, located in Hung Yen Province, is part of the Ly Thuong Kiet Industrial Park and Urban Service Project. It is designed as a comprehensive economic zone and a center for multi-sector and multi-field economic activities to support the socio-economic development of Hung Yen Province and the Red River Delta region.
The Prime Minister approved the investment policy of Industrial Park No. 5 under Decision No. 1411, dated August 18, 2021. Covering an area of 192.64 hectares, the industrial park is situated across Xuan Truc and Quang Lang Communes of An Thi District and Nghia Dan Commune of Kim Dong District, Hung Yen Province. The investor is Yen My Industrial Park Investment JSC, with a total investment of 2,385 billion VND.
The industrial park features a 12-hectare residential area for workers located adjacent to it, meeting housing and living needs, particularly for workers from other provinces. Green areas account for 11.37% of the park’s total area, blending concentrated and roadside greenery to enhance the overall landscape.
A Provincial Priority Project
Industrial Park No. 5 is regarded as a key project of Hung Yen Province due to its large scale. The site clearance was completed within 15 months after receiving the Prime Minister’s investment certificate. Infrastructure development began in August 2022, and the park is now ready to welcome investors.
This industrial park is a promising, safe, and sustainable investment destination, contributing to the economic and social development of Kim Dong and An Thi Districts and Hung Yen Province.
Industrial Park No. 5 enjoys a prime location at the heart of the Hanoi-Hai Phong-Quang Ninh economic triangle. It is adjacent to major roads in Hung Yen Province, including the highway connecting the Hanoi-Hai Phong and Phap Van-Cau Gie expressways, National Highway 38, and County Road DH62.
Internal Roads
The park’s internal roads are well-designed to facilitate the easy movement of vehicles and goods transportation.
Main roads: 32 meters wide.
Secondary roads: 22 meters wide.
Electricity
The park’s electricity supply is stable and uninterrupted, sourced from the national grid through a dedicated 110/22kV substation at the entrance, with a capacity of 4 x 63 MVA (Phase 1: 2 x 63 MVA). Businesses can set up their own substations according to consumption needs.
Public Lighting System
Separate from the residential power supply, the public lighting network runs along the internal roads.
Water Supply
Water is supplied by the Ngoc Tuan – Nagaoka water treatment plant, with an initial capacity of 15,000 m³/day and a maximum capacity of 30,000 m³/day. The supply network reaches directly to the boundary of each plot.
Wastewater and Stormwater Management
Stormwater:Collected through a dedicated drainage system and discharged into nearby rivers.
Wastewater:Collected and treated at the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plants, which have a total capacity of 7,500 m³/day.
Waste Management
Solid waste generated within the industrial park is sorted, collected, and transported to designated treatment facilities.
Telecommunications
The telecommunications system, provided by Viettel, meets international standards, offering fiber-optic connections directly to businesses and supporting up to 9–10 lines per hectare.
