Internal Transportation

The internal road system is divided into main roads and branch roads:

• • The main roads have four lanes.

  • The branch roads have two lanes.

Power Supply

• • Power is supplied from the 110kV transmission line to Kim Son, with the construction of a 110/22/10kV-3x 25MVA substationto provide electricity for the entire industrial park.

Public Lighting System

• • The road lighting network is designed separately from the residential electricity system and is installed along the main roads.

Water Supply

• • A water treatment plantwith a capacity of 1,300 m³/day-night, which can be expanded as needed, ensures a stable supply of clean water for businesses in the industrial park.

Drainage System

• • Stormwater drainage and wastewater treatment systems are separate.

  • Rainwater is collected through pipelines and discharged into nearby rivers.

  • Wastewater is collected and treated at the industrial park’s central wastewater treatment plant.

Waste Management

• • Companies within the industrial park must sign contracts with authorized waste collection and disposal unitsto ensure proper waste management and environmental protection.

Wastewater Treatment

• • Three wastewater treatment stations have been built for different areas of the park:

• • Zone CN1:Capacity 180 m³/day-night

  • Zone CN2:Capacity 50 m³/day-night

  • Zone CN3:Capacity 265 m³/day-night

    • After treatment, wastewater is discharged into the rainwater drainage system, meeting environmental standards.

Telecommunications

• • The industrial park provides fiber-optic broadband, ADSL, and telephone servicesto meet the demands of businesses.
