Kim Thanh Industrial Park – Hai Duong | Area: 164.98ha – Term: Until 2071
Kim Thanh Industrial Park (IP) was approved for investment by the Prime Minister in March 2021. The park is developed with synchronized and modern technical infrastructure. The project is invested by COMA 18 Joint Stock Company. The total area of Kim Thanh IP is 164.98 hectares, divided into two phases: Kim Thanh IP (Phase 1) with 65 hectares and Kim Thanh IP (Phase 2) with 99.98 hectares. It is located north of National Highway 5 at Km 65+880, spanning the administrative boundaries of three communes: Thuong Vu, Tuan Viet, and Co Dung in Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong Province. In May 2021, COMA 18 started site clearance, with clean land available for lease expected by 2022.
Location
Kim Thanh Industrial Park is situated along National Highway 5A on the Hanoi-Hai Phong route, approximately 2km from the 5B expressway. The park borders the Kinh Mon River, part of the Thai Binh River system, offering convenient access to waterway transport. It is also well-connected to major airports, including Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi and Cat Bi Airport in Hai Phong. Its location is ideal for waterway, road, and air transportation.

– Internal Transportation
The width of internal roads ranges from 34m to 54m for main roads and 17.5m to 23m for branch roads and access roads.
– Electricity System
Power is supplied continuously and reliably from the 110KV Lai Khe substation with a planned capacity of 40MW.
– Water System
Clean water is available to meet production and domestic needs, with a capacity of 7,000m³/day and night.
– Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage System
Separate systems are built for industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, and stormwater, which are collected and directed to the park’s wastewater treatment plant.

Solid waste from factories in the park is sorted, collected, and handled by professional service providers.
– Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 6,200m³/day and night.
– Communication System
The industrial park is equipped with a modern broadband communication network, with services provided by operators such as Viettel and VNPT.
