Lai Vu Industrial Park – Hai Duong | Area: 213ha – Term: Until 2052
Lai Vu Industrial Park (IP) was approved by the Ministry of Construction in Decision No. 734/QD-BXD dated May 27, 2003. The IP’s detailed construction planning was adjusted and approved by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province in Decision No. 1442/QD-UBND dated April 21, 2009. Lai Vu IP is invested by Lai Vu Industrial Park One Member Limited Liability Company. With a total area of 213 hectares, the IP is designed to be modern and synchronized, featuring wide internal roads, large green spaces, electricity, and water supply systems that meet international standards. Currently, 11 businesses operate in the park, providing employment for over 12,000 workers. Notably, two major investors, Tinh Loi Garment Co., Ltd. and Pacific Crystal Textile Co., Ltd., are involved in textile and garment manufacturing.
Location
Lai Vu Industrial Park has a favorable location near National Highway 5, a vital transportation route linking the key economic regions in the North, making it convenient for goods transportation and cost-effective for investors.
Infrastructure
– Internal Transportation
The width of the main roads in the central area is 27 meters, with the primary road being 16.5 meters wide and branch roads and access roads measuring 13.5 meters.
– Electricity System
Power is continuously supplied from the 110KV Lai Khe substation to the industrial park, ensuring stable and uninterrupted power.

Clean water is provided at a capacity of up to 15,000m³/day and night.

The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 2,000m³/day and night.

The park is equipped with a modern broadband communication system, with services provided by telecom operators such as Viettel, VNPT, and others.
