Water Supply

• • Source: City water supply through a planned Ø500 pipeline on Lang Le – Bau Co Road.
  • Total capacity: 11,000 m³/day to meet the entire park’s water needs.

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage

• • Comprehensive drainage system for rainwater and wastewater.
  • Total drainage pipeline length: 5,171 meters.
  • Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant:
    • Treatment capacity: Designed to meet QCVN 40:2011 – Column B (National Technical Regulation on Industrial Wastewater) with Kq = 0.9 and Kf = 1.1.
    • Ensures safe and compliant discharge of treated wastewater.

Waste Management

• • Solid waste collection and transportation to a centralized treatment facility in compliance with regulations.

Telecommunication System

• • Modern information technology infrastructure with high-speed ADSL, ensuring efficient domestic and international communication.
