General Information
Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park is one of the key industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City, established by the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 630/TTg dated August 08, 1997. It has been in operation since 1997, playing a pivotal role in the industrial economic success of the city.
The park is invested and developed by Binh Chanh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (BCCI), now renamed Khang Phuc House Investment One-Member Limited Company. Numerous service providers, including customs, banking, telecommunications, and insurance, have established branches within the park, offering essential services to enterprises.
Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park hosts 166 domestic and foreign investors, including 27 wholly foreign-owned companies and 3 joint-venture enterprises, demonstrating its attractiveness and success as an industrial hub.
