Overview

On December 12, 2009, the Prime Minister approved the establishment of Long Binh An Industrial Park in Tuyen Quang Province under Decision No. 532GD–UBND by the Provincial People’s Committee. This plan was revised on June 8, 2021. The park spans 170 ha, with 104.95 ha (61.21%) dedicated to industrial and mineral processing and 23.96 ha (14.09%) allocated to general industries.

Located in An Hoa Commune and Doi Can Ward of Tuyen Quang City, the park benefits from the region’s untapped mineral resources. It attracts labor from neighboring provinces, promising a highly skilled workforce for Northern industrial zones.

Location

The industrial park has a strategic location on DT186 Road, near National Highway 2 and the city center, ensuring smooth trade and transportation processes.

Infrastructure

Internal Roads:

    • Two-lane internal roads and two four-lane main roads accommodate large vehicles.

Drainage Systems:

    • Stormwater is channeled through a network of natural flows along internal roads and into external canals and rivers.
    • Wastewater is collected via a centralized system and processed at the park’s treatment facility.

Waste Management:

    • Investors collaborate with professional waste disposal service providers.

Wastewater Treatment:

    • Wastewater from factories and residential areas is treated at a centralized facility with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day before being discharged into the environment.

Telecommunications:

State-of-the-art international standard telecommunications systems enable seamless domestic and international communication.
