Internal Traffic
The internal road network occupies 26 hectares (11.27% of the total area) and is fully developed with:

• • Main roads: Widths of 31m, 34m, and 68m, two-way with four lanes.
  • Branch roads: Width of 24m.
  • Sidewalks: 8m wide, serving as corridors for underground technical infrastructure such as power, water supply, and telecommunications.

All internal roads are equipped with high-pressure lighting systems.

Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from the national grid via a terminal station with a maximum capacity of 45 MVA. Medium-voltage power (22 kV) is delivered at designated connection points.

Water Supply
Water is supplied by Hai Phong Water Plant with a maximum capacity of 5,000 m³/day. An emergency water storage tank is also available.

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage
Separate drainage systems are built for rainwater and wastewater:

• • Rainwater: Collected through underground pipes (D800mm–D1000mm) and discharged into nearby rivers by gravity flow.
  • Wastewater: Treated at an on-site treatment plant with a capacity of 6,500 m³/day. Pre-treatment at factories ensures compliance with input standards before centralized treatment.

Waste Management
Solid waste disposal is handled in collaboration with licensed service providers, using a Class A landfill within a 250km radius.

Telecommunications

• • Internet: High-speed ADSL, international telecommunications (IDD), fiber optic cables, and leased lines.
  • Telephony: Tailored to investors’ requirements.
