Overview

On February 26, 2021, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 282/QD-TTg, approving the investment policy for the construction and infrastructure business project of My Thuan Industrial Park. On March 5, 2021, the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province issued Decision No. 495/QD-UBND to establish My Thuan Industrial Park, covering an area of over 158 hectares in My Thuan Commune, My Thinh Commune (My Loc District), and Hien Khanh Commune (Vu Ban District), Nam Dinh Province.
The project is led by Dai Phong Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company as the investor, with a total capital of over 1.621 trillion VND. On November 25, 2021, Nam Dinh Provincial People’s Committee held the groundbreaking ceremony for the infrastructure construction project of My Thuan Industrial Park.
My Thuan Industrial Park holds significant geographical and economic advantages for attracting investment and promoting the socio-economic development of Nam Dinh Province. Its convenient transportation system is located near National Highways 21 and 21B, offering seamless connections to National Highway 10 for trade with major cities like Hanoi and Hai Phong.     1. Enterprises must contract licensed professional waste management services.

Wastewater Treatment:

    1. A centralized wastewater treatment system collects and treats 100% of industrial wastewater, with a capacity of 4,500 m³/day and night.

    1. International-standard communication infrastructure supports all domestic and international needs efficiently.
