Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghe An Province. Area: 371.15 HA – Term: Until 2054
Nam Cam Industrial Park was established by Decision No. 3759/QD.UB-CN dated October 3, 2003, and approved by the People’s Committee of Nghe An Province under Decision No. 2555/QD-UB. The industrial park is located in Nghi Xa Commune, Nghi Loc District, benefiting from well-developed infrastructure and convenient transportation.
The industrial park covers an area of 371.15 hectares and is divided into three functional zones: A, B, and C. The infrastructure development is managed by Nghe An Infrastructure Development and Investment Construction Company Limited.
Zones A-B-C
As of now, Nam Cam Industrial Park hosts approximately 40 businesses, leasing over 300 hectares, reaching a 100% occupancy rate. Nghi Loc District is currently planning an expansion of the industrial park towards the west (Zone D).
Nam Cam Industrial Park is situated along major transportation routes, including National Highway 1A, the North-South railway, and the Nam Cam provincial road, which connects National Highway 1A to Cua Lo seaport. Its strategic location facilitates cost-effective and efficient transportation.
Internal Road System
The internal roads range from 22.25m to 43.0m in width, connecting with external transportation networks such as National Highway 1A, Nam Cam – Cua Lo Road, and the North-South railway.
Power Supply
The total power capacity of the industrial park is 21.5 MVA. The current power supply is temporarily sourced from the 110/35/22KV Cua Lo substation, with plans to construct a 110/35/22KV (2×40 MVA) transformer station.
Public Lighting System
The lighting system is designed separately from the general power supply and is installed along all traffic routes.
Water Supply System
Water is sourced from the Vinh City Water Plant and supplied to the industrial park via a Ꝋ500 pipeline, with a secondary pumping station providing a capacity of Q=17,500 m3/day-night.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage
The rainwater drainage system is built separately, running along traffic routes and leading to drainage systems along National Highway 1A, flowing into the eastern swamp area of Nghi Thuan Commune and then into the Cam River.
Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a central transfer station, where it is sorted before being transported to a designated treatment facility.
Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is collected and treated at the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant to meet Standard A (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the shared system. The plant has a treatment capacity of 2,900 m3/day-night.
Telecommunications System
The industrial park is equipped with an underground telecommunication cable system that meets international standards. The park is connected via fiber optic cables and fixed lines, with a national microwave relay station located 3 km away.
Through the industrial park’s telecommunications center, all communication needs are met, including private exchanges, international calls, teleconferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, email, and other essential services.

Nam Cam Industrial Park is located in Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province, classified as Region III. The current minimum wage for Region III is 3,860,000 VND/month.
