Internal Traffic
Roads within the park are paved with reinforced concrete, meeting Vietnam’s transportation standards:

• • Main roads: Width of 30m.
  • Branch roads: Widths of 15–25m.

Power Supply
The park has a high-voltage substation (110 kV) and power lines (22 kV), with supply capacities of 35 kV/22 kV and a total output of 189 MVA (3×63 MVA) to meet business needs.

Water Supply
Water is sourced from Thuy Son Water Plant with a maximum capacity of 25,000 m³/day, adhering to Ministry of Health standards.

Drainage Systems
Rainwater and wastewater are managed separately:

• • Rainwater: Collected through reinforced concrete box culverts (1m width, slope I = 3%) and discharged into city drainage systems.
  • Wastewater: Treated at an advanced wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day. It meets international standards and incorporates Japanese-inspired layout and design.

Waste Management
Solid waste collection is provided by city-authorized companies. Advanced waste treatment technologies ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Telecommunications
Modern and reliable communications infrastructure, including stable international connections and postal services.

Internal Port
An internal port with a planned length of 1 km can accommodate vessels of 5,000–6,500 DWT.
