Overview
The project for developing Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park and Port, Dam Nha Mac, was approved by the Provincial People’s Committee in Decision No. 2165/QD-UBND dated September 29, 2014. Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park, invested by Deep C Nga JSC, spans 487.4 ha, with a focus on developing port services, industrial facilities, and urban areas to provide logistics and transportation services.
This is a multi-sector industrial park with synchronized infrastructure and facilities, including an operations center, service ports, auxiliary systems, and environmental protection measures. It ensures fire safety and convenience for investors while harmonizing with nearby urban areas. The infrastructure encompasses ports for ship docking, warehouses, logistics facilities, and standardized workshops.
Current Status
The developer has completed leveling approximately 30 ha and is constructing dikes to prepare the remaining areas: 87.3 ha in the east and 45.5 ha in the west. Land use rights for areas of 9.33 ha and 45.5 ha have been certified by Quang Ninh Province. Additionally, the construction of internal roads connecting leveled plots is underway.
Location
Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park boasts a prime location in Quang Ninh Province within the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone, benefiting from preferential policies and connectivity via road, water, and air transport. Proximity to Lach Huyen Port (Hai Phong) enhances its strategic advantage.
The park aligns with the “China +1” strategy due to direct access to the Hai Phong – Ha Long – Mong Cai Expressway. Companies can maintain core production facilities in China while diversifying supply chains in Vietnam, particularly in the north. Nam Tien Phong offers proximity to China and modern infrastructure, facilitating seamless cargo transit between the two countries.

- Drainage Systems:Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater. Wastewater undergoes preliminary treatment before entering the park’s central treatment facility.
- Waste Management:Industrial waste is sorted, collected, and transported offsite, adhering to environmental standards.
- Wastewater Treatment:A treatment plant with a 10,000 m³/day capacity.
- Telecommunications:Underground cables provide comprehensive communication services to factory boundaries, meeting international standards.
