Overview
Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park (NTC IP) is part of the comprehensive development plan for Nam Trang Cat Industrial-Urban Area within the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone.
The park is jointly developed by Kinh Bac City Development Corporation (KBC) and Foxconn (Taiwan) as strategic partners. Vinhomes IZ is the primary infrastructure developer of the industrial park.
Nam Trang Cat Industrial-Urban Area is designed to meet international standards, divided into four functional zones:
- High-Tech Industrial Park: Approximately 206 hectares.
- Urban Area: Around 435.73 hectares.
- Integrated Services and Social Housing Area: Roughly 116.56 hectares.
- Green Buffer Zone with Static Traffic Facilities: Around 32.62 hectares.
The park targets clean industries, information technology, high-tech sectors, and eco-friendly businesses supporting the marine economy.
Location
Nam Trang Cat IP is situated in Truong Cat Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City. Located behind Cat Bi Airport and adjacent to the terminal of the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway, the park enjoys excellent connectivity.
Trang Cat Urban Development Co., Ltd. has invested nearly VND 100 billion to construct a 4-lane underpass beneath the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway, ensuring smooth traffic flow. Additionally, a road connecting Lach Huyen Bridge’s interchange with the embankment road along the Lach Trach River is under construction.
This strategic location offers direct traffic connections from Duong Kinh and inner and suburban districts to Dinh Vu and Lach Huyen industrial clusters, positioning Nam Trang Cat as a vital hub in the regional transportation network.
