Infrastructure

Internal Transportation

The internal road network is comprehensively designed to align with the park’s topography and land use. It connects with regional traffic routes as follows:

    • North-South Direction: The main road runs from East Hoi – Thai Hoa Road in the north down to the south, with a red-line width of 42m. An auxiliary road on the east runs parallel to the main road with a width of 30m.
    • East-West Direction: Several cross roads are planned with widths ranging from 25m to 30m.

Power Supply

Electricity is sourced from the national grid via the 110kV line south of National Highway 48 in Nghia Thuan commune. A 110kV/22kV substation will be constructed to distribute electricity through a 22kV network along industrial park roads to factories and enterprises.

Public Lighting System

The street lighting system is separate from the power supply network and is installed along traffic routes.

Water Supply

Water is sourced from Song Sao Lake, processed at a treatment plant (capacity: 7,500 m³/day-night), and distributed through a looped and dead-end pipeline network following the park’s roads. This system ensures adequate water supply for domestic use, production, and firefighting.

Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage

Stormwater drainage is separate from wastewater drainage. All rainwater is discharged into the industrial park’s drainage system.

Waste Management

Solid waste is collected at transfer stations, sorted at the source, and then transported to treatment facilities.

Wastewater Treatment

Industrial and domestic wastewater undergoes preliminary treatment at factories before being collected through pipelines into the centralized treatment system. After treatment, water is discharged into an ecological pond within the green area before being released into the environment. The industrial park has two wastewater treatment zones: Zone A at Ha Luu Khe Chuoi and Zone B at Ha Luu Khe Bai Vung.

Telecommunications

The industrial park’s communication network ensures reliable connectivity and provides essential services such as private switchboards, international calls, remote conferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, email, etc.
