Power Supply

• • The current electricity is provided from an existing 110KV substation within the park. Industrial facilities can build their own transformers for individual power consumption.

Public Lighting

• • The street lighting system is separate from the residential power network and is arranged along the main roads.

Water Supply

• • Water is supplied from the city’s water plant through 300mm and 600mm pipelines, connected to the industrial park via designated intake points. The internal water network is designed in a closed-loop ring system with pipe diameters ranging from 100mm to 200mm.

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage

• • Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater drainage are planned and implemented. Industrial wastewater is channeled through an underground pipeline system to pumping stations, which transfer it to a central wastewater treatment plant. Rainwater is drained via open ditches ranging in width from 600mm to 1,000mm.

Waste Management

• • Solid waste must be sorted at each factory and then collected in a central waste transfer station within the industrial park before being sent to the city’s waste treatment facility.

Wastewater Treatment

• • Each factory is required to treat its wastewater to meet the TCVN-5945-1995 standard (Category C) before discharging it into the park’s shared system. The park’s wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,500m³ per day.

Telecommunications

• • The park is equipped with a modern telecommunications and information system that meets international standards and provides comprehensive domestic and international communication services.
