Noi Bai Industrial Park – Hanoi has an area of 114.1 hectares and a term until 2044.
The Noi Bai Industrial Park was established under Investment License No. 839/GP issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam on April 12, 1994. The industrial park is located in Quang Tien Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi City, with a total area of 114.1 hectares, divided into two phases. Phase 1 covers 100 hectares, and Phase 2 adds 14.1 hectares, strategically designed for factories within the industrial zone. Noi Bai Industrial Park is managed by Noi Bai Development Company Limited (NBD), a joint venture between Vista Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) and Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation – UDC (Vietnam).
Phase 1 was completed in 1996 and became operational in 1997, equipped with a private power station, clean water system, wastewater treatment plant, and international-standard road network. Phase 2 was completed in 2006 and began operations in 2007. Thanks to its ideal location, Noi Bai Industrial Park has attracted 40 foreign investors, primarily from Japan, Thailand, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and most recently, France.
Location
The Southwest side of Noi Bai Industrial Park borders Noi Bai International Airport, while the front faces Provincial Road 131, which connects National Highway 3 with National Highway 2 and the Thang Long – Noi Bai Expressway. Additionally, there are convenient transport links to Hai Phong Port and Cai Lan Port, making it highly advantageous for goods transportation.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation System
The internal road network is designed to facilitate easy and convenient access for all types of vehicles to each land plot.
- Main roads are 40 meters wide.
- Branch roads are 35 meters wide.
Electrical System
The industrial park is equipped with a 110KV/220KV transformer station with a capacity of 40MVA.
Public Lighting System
The street lighting network is designed separately from the residential power supply system and is installed along the traffic routes.
Water Supply System
The clean water supply system is connected directly to the boundary wall of each business area, with a capacity of 7,500 m³ per day.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage System
The rainwater and wastewater (industrial and domestic) drainage systems are built separately. Rainwater drainage ditches are placed along the main roads and internal roads between zones.
Waste Management
Industrial and domestic waste is collected and sorted at designated collection points and storage bins for transport out of the industrial park, preventing environmental pollution.

The wastewater treatment system utilizes modern biological treatment methods.
Communication System
The communication system in the industrial park is underground, consisting of 2,000 lines, including telephone and fiber optic cables.
