Pho Noi A Industrial Park is Hoa Phat Group’s first project in the real estate sector. The industrial park officially began receiving investment projects in 2005. After nearly 15 years of operation, the park now hosts 113 domestic projects and 83 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, mainly from Japan and South Korea. With a total area of 596 ha, it is the largest industrial park in Hung Yen province. In March 2021, the Prime Minister approved the expansion of Pho Noi A Industrial Park by 92.5 ha, bringing its total area to 686 ha.
With the expansion of the industrial park, many existing businesses have leased additional plots to grow their operations, such as Nutifood Vietnam’s second milk processing plant (12 ha), Ngoc Diep Aluminum Plant (5 ha), Toan Phat Copper Tube Factory 2 (4.6 ha), IDE 2 General Industry Project (3 ha), and Lixil Vietnam Warehouse (Plot 3-2.16 ha).
Completed Infrastructure
The entire technical infrastructure of the industrial park has been completed to modern standards, including an internal traffic system, power supply, water supply, and fire prevention systems. Pho Noi A Industrial Park has become an attractive destination for hundreds of domestic and international investors. The park is home to many projects from investors in Japan, South Korea, and the United States.
Currently, Pho Noi A Industrial Park has the highest number of registered investment projects in Hung Yen province, with 209 projects, including 93 foreign-invested projects with a total registered capital of over USD 1 billion and 116 domestic projects with a total registered capital of over VND 20 trillion.

Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage: The drainage system is designed and constructed separately for stormwater and wastewater, ensuring proper collection and treatment from all factories in the park.
Waste Management: Investors sign contracts with professional and licensed waste treatment service providers.
Wastewater Treatment: The wastewater treatment plant has a total capacity of 6,000 m³/day and employs biological treatment systems.
Telecommunications: The telecommunication system meets international standards, offering high-speed data transfer and domestic and international postal services. Underground fiber-optic cables connect directly to each enterprise.
