Phu Thai Industrial Park – Hai Duong | Area: 56.7ha– Term: Phase 1 Until 2050, Phase 2 Until 2065
Phu Thai Industrial Park operates on a factory-leasing model, which has successfully attracted clean industrial projects such as electronics, export-oriented textiles, and non-dye wool production. The infrastructure is developed by Nam Tai Co., Ltd., under the New World Fashion Group PLC (United Kingdom).
The park spans 56.7 hectares, developed in two phases:
– Phase 1: 13.7ha (infrastructure and factories completed from 2006 to 2008).
– Phase 2: 35.5ha.
As of 2015, the park had attracted 13 projects with a total capital of $31 million, creating 6,700 jobs.
Phu Thai Industrial Park is located in Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong Province, enjoying a strategic position close to major airports and bustling seaports like Quang Ninh and Hai Phong. This prime location enhances its attractiveness for economic investment and industrial development.
Internal Roads
– Central roads: 21m–27m wide.

– Power is supplied continuously via two 35kV lines connected to the 110kV/220kV main substation.

– Separate systems handle rainwater and wastewater, which are channeled to the park’s central wastewater treatment plant.

– The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 1,000m³/day, ensuring effective environmental protection.
Telecommunications
– The park is equipped with modern broadband communication systems provided by leading service providers such as Viettel and VNPT.
