Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion – Hai Duong. Area: 214.57ha- Term: Until 2071
The Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion in Hai Duong Province was granted an investment policy decision by the Prime Minister for the construction and operation of infrastructure under Decision No. 398/QD-TTg dated March 19, 2021. The industrial park is located in the communes of Vinh Hong, Vinh Hung, and Hung Thang in Binh Giang District, Hai Duong Province.
The project is developed by Trung Quy – Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company. The Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion covers an area of 214.57 hectares, with a total investment capital of 1,802 billion VND. Once operational, the industrial park is expected to create employment for 12,000 to 16,000 workers.
Currently, the project is in the process of land compensation, site clearance, and phased infrastructure construction as approved. It is expected that by Q4 2021, clean land will be available for businesses to lease and begin construction.
Location
The Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion is situated along National Highway 5A, a major trade route connecting Hanoi and Hai Phong. Its location is also close to the Hanoi-Hai Phong-Ha Long-Van Don-Mong Cai Expressway. This strategic position offers excellent convenience for businesses engaged in import-export activities and the transportation of raw materials.
