Overview
Phuc Khanh Industrial Park, established in 2002, was the first industrial park in Thai Binh province. It operates as a multi-industry zone focusing on sectors such as mechanics, electronics, textiles, agricultural processing, building materials, and consumer goods. It was granted its investment license (No. 2295/GP) on December 30, 2002, and an adjusted license on September 8, 2003. Managed by Khai Phat Dai Tin Joint Stock Company, the park spans 159.03 hectares in Phu Xuan Commune, Phu Khanh Ward, Thai Binh City.
By 2008, the industrial park reached 100% occupancy, with tenants including 24 FDI investors primarily from Taiwan. The park emphasizes environmental protection, aiming to become a “green industrial park” in Thai Binh province.

Located west of National Highway 10, Phuc Khanh Industrial Park benefits from excellent logistics and transportation access.

Power is supplied via a 35kV line running along the industrial park, with connections to individual companies’ substations.

Water is sourced from the city center through a 300mm pipeline, with 100-150mm distribution lines running along the park’s internal roads.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage
Separate drainage systems for rainwater and wastewater.
Wastewater undergoes preliminary treatment at factories before being transferred to centralized treatment plants. Discharge standards adhere to Type B-TCVN-1995 before release into the Bach River.
Rainwater is drained through a 600mm cross-section system into the Bach River.
Waste Treatment
Solid and liquid waste is sorted and transported to designated city facilities for treatment.
Wastewater Treatment
Total capacity of 3 centralized wastewater treatment plants: 8,800 m³/day-night.
Automated monitoring stations ensure treated wastewater meets environmental discharge standards.
