Phuoc Nam Industrial Park, Ninh Thuan Province

Overview

General introduction
Dulong Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister under Document No. 256/TTg-CN dated March 14, 2005, and officially established by Decision No. 3848/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2008, of the Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee. Located near key transportation routes, seaports, and airports, Dulong Industrial Park is the largest operating industrial park in Ninh Thuan Province. Situated along National Highway 1A and covering Loi Hai and Bac Phong Communes, Thuan Bac District, Dulong enjoys direct connections to major cities within the South Central Coast economic triangle, making it an ideal destination for businesses.

In 2022, Dulong Industrial Park — one of the four industrial zones in Ninh Thuan — was officially transferred to a new investor, Hoang Thanh Dulong Investment Joint Stock Company. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, Hoang Thanh Dulong quickly completed infrastructure improvements and leveraged the park’s strategic advantages.
Within just half a year of operation, Dulong Industrial Park successfully attracted five FDI and private enterprises in the textile and garment sector, including Dugarco, Innoflow NT, DongLim, DWS, and Company 105-RF, forming a sustainable supply chain aligned with the park’s green development orientation.

Location

Dulong Industrial Park is located in Loi Hai and Bac Phong Communes, Thuan Bac District — a strategic center of Ninh Thuan Province. It boasts excellent accessibility via key road and rail networks, positioned at the intersection of National Highway 1A, the North–South Expressway, and Thap Cham Railway Station. Additionally, the park benefits from proximity to several international trade routes through nearby airports and seaports.

The industrial park connects directly to five major seaports: Cam Ranh Port, Vinh Tan Port, Ca Na Port, Cat Lai Port, and Cai Mep Port — an advantage that facilitates import–export activities. With these logistical strengths, Dulong Industrial Park is an ideal destination for export-oriented enterprises, FDI projects, and green energy industries focusing on sustainable development.
