Prodezi Industrial Park – Long An Province – Area: 400 ha – Term: until 2072
Prodezi Industrial Park was added to the planning of industrial parks in Long An Province by the Prime Minister in December 2018. In November 2020, the People’s Committee of Long An Province approved the 1/2000 master plan. The park was officially established under Decision No. 506/QD-TTg dated April 23, 2022, issued by the Prime Minister, on the investment project for construction and infrastructure business of Prodezi Industrial Park, Long An Province. The Prime Minister approved Prodezi Long An JSC as the investor.
The park covers an area of 400 ha, located in Luong Hoa and Tan Hoa Communes, Ben Luc District, with a total investment capital of 4,604,768,000,000 VND, including 800,000,000,000 VND from the investor’s equity and 3,804,768,000,000 VND from mobilized capital.
Thanks to favorable geological conditions, the project can accommodate most types of manufacturing industries. The residential area is planned with townhouse, shophouse, and luxury villa designs, meeting the needs of experts, engineers, and skilled workers.

From Q1/2025: ground leveling and technical infrastructure construction, expected completion in Q2/2027

Prodezi Industrial Park is located in Luong Hoa and Tan Hoa Communes, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, near major transportation routes such as Provincial Road 830 (Ring Road 4), DT824, North–South Expressway, National Highway 1A, Provincial Road 10, and Rach Tre Road along Ben Luc River.
Infrastructure
Prodezi Industrial Park features not only technical infrastructure that meets strict standards of an industrial–urban complex but also multiple public facilities such as parks, swimming pools, schools, hospitals, playgrounds, and sports areas.
Internal Roads: Wide, well-organized road system, ensuring safe transport of goods, fire protection, and ambulance access.
Power Supply: 110/22KV source, 40 + 40 MVA capacity.
Public Lighting: Independent road lighting system along all main roads.
Water Supply: Provided by Duc Hoa Water Supply Services Company, directly connected to factories.
Rainwater & Wastewater Drainage: Separate underground box culverts with covers.
Waste Collection: Centralized collection points for domestic and hazardous waste, with regular collection services.
Wastewater Treatment: Centralized treatment system compliant with Vietnamese standards, with a 24/7 monitoring station.
