Overview
Que Vo 1 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 1224/QD/TTg by the Prime Minister on December 19, 2002. It is the largest and most significant industrial park in Bac Ninh Province, covering a total area of 600 hectares, divided into two phases: Phase 1 (2002-2052) with 300 hectares and Phase 2 (2006-2056) with 300 hectares. The park is developed by the Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC). As the largest industrial park in Que Vo District, Que Vo 1 has transformed the local economy, significantly improving the living standards of the residents.
The industrial park features modern and synchronized infrastructure to support industrial production. It offers facilities such as factories, offices, warehouses, schools, hospitals, postal services, and supermarkets, all meeting international standards.

A dedicated public lighting network is installed along the internal roads, separate from the residential power system.
Water Supply
Clean water is supplied with a capacity of 30,000 m³/day.
Drainage Systems
Rainwater:Collected through a network along the roads and channeled to surrounding canals and rivers.
Wastewater:Directed to a centralized treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000 m³/day-night, ensuring compliance with environmental standards before discharge.
Waste and Wastewater Treatment
Waste:Centralized collection, sorting, and disposal at a facility with a capacity of 60 tons/day.
Wastewater:Includes both industrial and domestic wastewater, treated to a capacity of 20,000 m³/day-night (calculated as 80% of supplied water).
Telecommunications
The park offers 1,000 connections for domestic and international communication, supporting multi-service needs like data transmission, internet, cable TV, video conferencing, telephone, and fax over IP.
