Overview

The Que Vo III Urban-Industrial Park project was approved by the Chairman of Bac Ninh People’s Committee through Document No. 311/UBND-CN dated March 11, 2008. Que Vo III Industrial Park is a multi-sector industrial zone located in Viet Hung Commune, Que Vo District, Bac Ninh. Situated at the center of the Northern Economic Key Region, construction of Que Vo III Industrial Park began in 2014 with a total area of 512.34 ha. The park is divided into two phases: Phase 1 covering 303.8 ha and Phase 2 with 208.54 ha.

Approval and Development

On March 26, 2021, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy for infrastructure construction and business in Que Vo III Industrial Park – Subdivision 2, under Decision No. 451/QĐ-TTg. Located in Viet Hung, Phu Luong, and Que Tan communes of Que Vo District, this project was officially established through Decision No. 129/QĐ-UBND by the Bac Ninh People’s Committee on April 12, 2021. The project is developed by Manh Duc Co., Ltd., with a total investment capital of VND 2,779.486 billion.

Manh Duc Co., Ltd., in collaboration with local authorities, is expediting land clearance procedures. Upon completion, the park is expected to generate significant employment for both local and neighboring provincial workers, attract both domestic and foreign investors, boost local budget revenues, and accelerate urbanization and development in Que Vo District and Bac Ninh Province.

Location

The industrial park is strategically situated in Viet Hung Commune, Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province (adjacent to Hanoi), between Que Vo 1 and Que Vo 2 industrial parks, along National Highway 18.

Infrastructure

Internal Transportation:
Roads within the park include main and secondary routes, designed to be modern and spacious.

Electricity System:
The park ensures stable and adequate power supply to meet investor requirements.

Water is sourced from the Cau River and treated at the industrial park’s water treatment plant. Water quality complies with QCVN 01:2009/BYT standards.

Solid waste is collected, sorted, and transported to the centralized waste treatment site.

All wastewater is directed to the park’s treatment plant and processed to meet QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT standards before discharge.

Telecommunications:
A comprehensive telecom network, including 4G and 5G signal stations, ensures full coverage across the industrial park.
