Internal Transportation
Internal roads are covered with hot asphalt concrete and designed according to Vietnamese standards H18–H30.

Main roads: 20 m wide, sidewalks 10 m each side (roads D2 and D9)

Secondary roads: 12 m wide, sidewalks 5 m each side (roads D5 and D10)

Power System
The power system is connected to the national grid via an existing 22 kV medium-voltage line running through the industrial park, supplying three-phase electricity to each factory.

Voltage supply: 22/0.4 kV

Capacity: 70 MVA

Transformer station: 2,000 KVA
This ensures stable and continuous electricity for industrial operation.

Public Lighting System
The lighting system is separated from the residential power network and installed along main road axes.

Water Supply System
A water plant with a capacity of 7,000 m³/day supplies water that meets TCVN standards. Pipelines are installed up to each enterprise’s boundary fence.

Stormwater & Wastewater Drainage
Stormwater drainage is separate from the wastewater drainage system.
Stormwater is collected along road axes, ensuring efficient surface drainage and Preventing local flooding.

Waste Collection
Enterprises sign contracts with licensed professional waste treatment units.

Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6,000 m³/day ensures treated wastewater meets QCVN standards before discharge.

Telecommunication System
The telecommunications network is fully integrated with national and international systems, providing telephone, fax, and internet.
High-speed FTTx internet up to 2.5 Gb/s and postal services meet all IT demands of investors.
