SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park – Vinh Phuc | Area: 162.33 ha – Term: 2071
Tam Duong I Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for inclusion in Vietnam’s industrial park planning under Official Dispatch No. 1581/TTg-KTN dated September 3, 2009, with a planned area of approximately 700 ha. Among these, the area of Tam Duong I Industrial Park – Zone 2 was approved by the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province for a detailed 1/500-scale construction plan under Decision No. 2397/QD-UBND dated September 24, 2020. This area covers 162.33 ha and is located within the administrative boundaries of Huong Dao, Dao Tu communes, and Hop Hoa town, Tam Duong district.
The investment project for the construction and infrastructure business of Tam Duong I Industrial Park – Zone 2 (SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park) was approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 336/QD-TTg dated March 10, 2021. Son Ha International Joint Stock Company is the investor, with a total investment capital of over VND 1,300 billion. The project has an operational term of 50 years, until 2071.
On April 28, 2023, Son Ha International Joint Stock Company held the official groundbreaking ceremony for the SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park project. Currently, more than 70 ha of land has been cleared, and leveling and infrastructure construction are underway. The basic infrastructure is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.
The SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park is located adjacent to the Hanoi – Lao Cai national expressway, approximately 4 km from the IC4 interchange and near the IC5 interchange (expected to be completed in 2025). It lies within the Kunming – Lao Cai – Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh economic corridor, along National Highways 2 (2a, 2b, 2c) and 23.
Internal Transportation: The industrial park features a comprehensive internal road system built to high standards, ensuring smooth traffic flow. The main roads are up to 36 meters wide, while branch roads range from 14.5 to 24 meters in width.
Power Supply: 22kV power lines are connected to each plot within the industrial park. A 110kV substation with a capacity of 2x63MVA ensures stable electricity supply.
Public Lighting System: The street lighting network is designed separately from the domestic power supply and is installed along the internal roads.
Water Supply: With a capacity of up to 10,000 cubic meters per day and night, clean water is supplied directly to the factories’ premises.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage: The industrial park has separate systems for rainwater and wastewater drainage, constructed along the internal roads. Rainwater is discharged directly into receiving sources, while wastewater is collected and treated at the central treatment plant before being released into the environment.
Waste Treatment: Solid waste is gathered at a central station, where it is sorted at the source before being transported to processing facilities.
Wastewater Treatment: The central wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,000 cubic meters per day and night.
Telecommunications: Services are provided by operators such as VNPT, FPT, and Viettel, offering a synchronized and modern communication infrastructure.
The SHI IP Tam Duong Industrial Park focuses on attracting investments in sectors such as electronics, high-tech telecommunications, automotive and supporting industries, manufacturing and processing industries, supporting industries, and logistics and warehousing.
Located in Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc province, the industrial park falls under Region III, with a minimum regional wage of 3,860,000 VND per month.
Customs Services: Proximity to customs facilities facilitates import-export procedures, sealing, and inspections.
Banks: Branches of banks such as BIDV, Agribank, Techcombank, and Sacombank are available.
Postal Services: A modern information technology system supports multi-service communications, including data transmission, telephony, internet, and video conferencing.
Public Transportation: A network of intra-provincial buses and inter-provincial coaches is accessible.
Fire Prevention and Fighting: The fire prevention system meets national standards, with hydrants placed approximately every 100–150 meters along the industrial park’s roads.
Security: 24/7 security services are provided.
Accommodation: The industrial park is near bustling residential areas, meeting the housing and living needs of employees.
Healthcare: Proximity to hospitals and medical centers ensures convenient access to healthcare services.
Education: Preschools, secondary, and high schools are located within a 2–6 km radius.
