Song May Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 269/QĐ.TTg dated April 7, 1998, by the Prime Minister on the establishment and approval of the investment project for construction and operation of Song May Industrial Park’s technical infrastructure; and Decision No. 441/QĐ-TTg dated April 21, 1998, by the Prime Minister, approving land lease for Song May Industrial Park Development JSC to invest in construction and infrastructure business of the industrial park in Dong Nai province.
Song May Industrial Park is located in Bac Son Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, with a total area of 473.95 ha, invested by Song May Industrial Park Development JSC. The project is divided into two phases: Phase 1 with 250 ha and Phase 2 with 223.95 ha. This is one of the industrial parks in Dong Nai included in the Government’s long-term development priority list, aiming to build infrastructure, promote industrial development in key economic regions, and attract investment capital and technology from both domestic and foreign investors. As of 2020, Phase 1 of Song May IP reached a 100% occupancy rate, while Phase 2 exceeded 85%.
Location
Song May Industrial Park is located in Bac Son Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province. It lies at a key transportation hub of the Southern Key Economic Region, providing many favorable conditions for investment and development.
The IP enjoys an extremely strategic location on Route 767, benefiting from strong transportation infrastructure and excellent connectivity. It is only 10 minutes from Bien Hoa City, 15 minutes from Trang Bom District’s administrative center, and directly connected to National Highway 1A via Tri An Intersection. From Song May IP, it is convenient to reach other major industrial parks in Dong Nai, such as Ho Nai IP, Bau Xeo IP, Giang Dien IP, and in the near future, Long Thanh International Airport.

Internal Roads: Main roads 22–35 m wide with 2–4 lanes; secondary internal roads 15–22 m wide with 4 lanes, load capacity up to 30 tons, ensuring efficient cargo transport.
Power Supply: National power grid 110V/22KV with a total capacity of 61,281 KVA.
Lighting System: Separate from residential power supply, installed along all internal roads.
Water Supply: Capacity up to 10,000 m³/day, fully meeting industrial needs.
Drainage System: Separate stormwater and wastewater drainage networks, installed along internal roads to ensure safe collection and disposal.
Solid Waste Management: Waste collected at a transfer station, sorted at source, and transported to treatment facilities.
Wastewater Treatment: On-site treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day, meeting environmental standards before discharge.
Telecommunications: Comprehensive system with high-speed ADSL internet and easy enterprise connectivity.
