Overview
Song Tra Industrial Park is a multi-functional industrial zone located in Tan Binh Commune, Thai Binh City, and Tan Phong Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province. The investment is led by Hanoi Beer, Alcohol, and Beverage Corporation, with the infrastructure development managed by TBS Song Tra Industrial Park JSC.
In a decision issued on September 15, 2021 (Document No. 1174/TTg-CN), the Prime Minister approved a reduction in the park’s size from 200 hectares to 150.48 hectares. The park is planned to become a modern, eco-friendly industrial and urban complex, focusing on clean industries such as electronics assembly, refrigeration, leather, beer production, and river ports with warehouses and loading areas. The park welcomes clean, low-hazard production and manufacturing activities.
Location
Located along key transportation routes such as National Highway 10 (connecting Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, and Ninh Binh), the park also has access to the Thai Binh River system and coastal areas such as Thai Thuy and Tien Hai. The park is also near airports like Cat Bi and major seaports like Hai Phong, Lach Huyen, and Cai Lan (Quang Ninh).
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
Main roads: 34-42 meters wide
Secondary roads: 16-25 meters wide
Road No. 1: The main road connecting National Highway 10 with Tan Phong Commune, now widened from 34m to 42m (with dual lanes of 11m each and an 8m median strip).
Road No. 2: Perpendicular to Road No. 1 and parallel to National Highway 10, approximately 310 meters north of the highway center.
Power System
The electricity system operates at 110KV, sourced from an existing 35KV line running through the industrial park.
Public Lighting
A separate lighting system is provided for roads, distinct from the residential electricity network.
Water Supply
Water is sourced from the Thai Binh City water plant, with a 200mm pipeline designed to supply up to 20,000m³ of clean water daily.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage
Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater.
Rainwater drains to a sewer system along the roads and flows into the Bach River.
Industrial and domestic wastewater is treated locally at each factory before being channeled to a centralized wastewater treatment plant, then released into the Bach River.
Waste Management
Solid and liquid waste is sorted and sent to designated city facilities for processing.
Wastewater Treatment
The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a total capacity of 3,700m³/day-night.

International-standard telecommunication and information systems provide comprehensive services both domestically and internationally.
