The industrial park is developed and managed by VITTO-VP Co., Ltd., located in Kim Long Commune, Tam Duong District, and the communes of Hop Chau, Tam Quan, Ho Son in Tam Dao District, Vinh Phuc Province. This location serves as a boundary between Tam Duong and Tam Dao districts.
