Internal Transportation

• • Main intersections are designed as roundabouts, connecting to Provincial Road 545.
  • Main arterial road: 61m wide
  • Regional roads: 37m wide
  • Internal and branch roads: 17m wide

Power Supply

Electricity is sourced from the 110kV transmission line running through Nghia Dan district (20 km away). A 110/22kV – (1×40+1×25) MVA substation will be built within the park to distribute electricity to factories.

Public Lighting System

The street lighting network is separate from the general power supply and is installed along internal roads.

Water Supply

Water is sourced from the Song Con River, pumped through a primary pumping station (capacity: 44,000 m³/day-night), and treated at the industrial park’s water treatment plant before being supplied to factories for production and domestic use.

Stormwater & Wastewater Drainage

Stormwater and wastewater systems are designed separately:

• • Stormwater is directed into the industrial park’s drainage channels.
  • Wastewater from factories is pre-treated before flowing into the park’s centralized wastewater treatment system.

Waste Management

• • Solid waste is collected at transfer stations, sorted at the source, and transported daily to designated treatment facilities.

Wastewater Treatment

• • The park has two centralized wastewater treatment plants, ensuring all wastewater meets environmental standards before discharge:
    • Treatment Plant 1 (15,160 m³/day-night) serves the west and southwest areas.
    • Treatment Plant 2 (15,160 m³/day-night) serves the east and southeast areas.

The industrial park is equipped with a modern telecommunication network, ensuring reliable connectivity with services such as:
