Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage

• • Separate systems for wastewater and rainwater drainage.
  • Rainwater drainage pipes: Diameter D600–D1500, utilizing an automatic drainage system.

Waste Management

• • Investors sign contracts with professional waste treatment units licensed according to regulations.

Wastewater Treatment

• • Wastewater treatment system meets Class A standards with a capacity of 4,000 m³/day-night (Phase 1).
  • The system ensures environmental safety and public health protection.

Telecommunications

• • Advanced telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic cable, sealine, and ADSL.
  • Phone lines follow Ho Chi Minh City’s numbering system, allowing fast and reliable communication.
