Tan Tao Expanded Industrial Park – Ho Chi Minh City. Area: 182.55 ha – Term: From April 4, 2008, to August 16, 2050.
Tan Tao Expanded Industrial Park was established on May 12, 2000, under Decision No. 473/QĐ-TTg by the Prime Minister. The adjustment was made according to Decision No. 1512/QĐ-UBND dated April 4, 2008. The technical infrastructure of the project is invested by Tan Tao Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (Itaco).
Located in Tan Tao Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, the industrial park covers a total area of 182.55 ha, including 115.99 ha of industrial land.
Tan Tao Expanded Industrial Park is one of the sustainably developed industrial parks with reasonable development policies. With modern infrastructure and equipment, along with environmental protection measures, it has become an attractive destination for both domestic and foreign investors.
The industrial park is situated next to the Saigon – Trung Luong Expressway, offering one of the most convenient transportation networks among key industrial zones in southern Vietnam.
