Tan Truong Industrial Park Expansion – Hai Duong | Area: 112.6 hectares – Term: Until 2049
Approved for investment and detailed construction planning in April 2009, the Tan Truong Industrial Park Expansion project is developed by Tay Bac Industrial Joint Stock Company. With a total investment of over VND 324.3 billion, the park covers an area of 112.6ha. Due to project delays, the Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee officially established the industrial park on May 7, 2021. Currently, land clearance and infrastructure development are underway. The park is expected to secure foreign investment agreements within the next two years.

Located in Tan Truong and Cam Dinh communes of Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province, the industrial park benefits from excellent road connectivity to Hai Phong Port and Noi Bai International Airport. This strategic location facilitates the import-export of goods and the transport of raw materials.
