Establishment and Development
Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 405/TTg dated June 11, 1997 (Phase 1) and Decision No. 5058/QD-UBND dated October 2, 2012 by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee for the expansion (Phase 2). The industrial park’s infrastructure is developed by Cu Chi Industrial – Trade Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
The total area of Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Park is 381.24 ha, divided into two investment phases:
- Phase 1 (208 ha):
- Industrial land: 149.9 ha
- Service land: 9.9 ha
- Green areas and roads: 48.2 ha
- Status: Fully occupied
- Phase 2 (173.24 ha):
- Industrial land: 107.03 ha
- Service land: 9.2 ha
- Green areas and roads: 57.01 ha
- Status: Open to domestic and foreign investors
The industrial park significantly contributes to infrastructure development, urbanization, and modernization. The presence of numerous large companies creates a substantial demand for workforce, leading to the rapid development of nearby residential areas.
Location
Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Park is partially located in Tan An Hoi Commune and Trung Lap Ha Commune, Cu Chi District. It is bordered by:

- National Highway 22
- Provincial Road 2
- Nguyen Van Kha Road
