Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park – Quang Tri Province – Area: 339 hectares – Term: Until 2069
On December 28, 2012, the People’s Committee of Quang Tri Province approved the detailed construction planning for Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park under Decision No. 2809/QD-UBND. The total area is 339 hectares, divided into Zone A (200.95 ha) and Zone B (138.41 ha), located in Vinh Linh District.
On March 19, 2021, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung signed Decision No. 396/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the project. The objective is to develop and operate industrial park infrastructure, provide factory and office space for rent. The project developer is Quang Anh Quang Tri Joint Stock Company, with implementation in Vinh Long and Vinh Chap Communes.
The project utilizes 214.77 hectares of land and has a total registered investment capital of VND 925 billion. Despite infrastructure not yet being fully completed, the park has already attracted 8 investment projects with total registered capital of VND 1,341 billion on a land area of 233.7 hectares, creating jobs for approximately 500 workers, with an average monthly income of VND 7 million/person.

Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park benefits from a strategic location with convenient access to key transport corridors:
