Overview
Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 648/QĐ-UBND dated March 11, 2016, by the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee. It is part of the Hai Ha Industrial Park – Seaport in Hai Ha District, Quang Ninh Province. Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park is developed by Texhong Vietnam Industrial Park Co., Ltd., with a total area of 660 hectares and an investment capital equivalent to USD 215 million. Currently, it is one of the largest industrial parks in Quang Ninh in terms of investment capital, hosting advanced and modern textile manufacturing chains. By the end of Q1/2021, the investor completed site clearance for approximately 532/660 ha in Phase I.
Location
Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park boasts a strategic location with convenient transportation access, meeting the logistical needs of businesses investing in the park. Located in the southeastern part of Hai Ha District, it lies within the Mong Cai Border Gate Economic Zone and the Gulf of Tonkin Economic Belt, strategically positioned along two Vietnam-China economic corridors.

- 45 km from Van Don Economic Zone and Van Don Airport.
- Connected to the Van Don – Mong Cai Expressway at the Hai Ha interchange.

Infrastructure
Internal Traffic
A modern internal traffic system is divided into main roads and branch roads, ensuring smooth transportation within the park.
Electricity System
The park’s power supply is supported by a station with a capacity of (2×250 + 3×63) MVA. A 220kV transmission line, approximately 3,400 meters long, connects the park to the national power grid.
Water System
Water is supplied by the Quang Ninh Water Plant with a capacity of 80,000 m³/day.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage
Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater are in place. Wastewater from factories is treated onsite to meet regulatory standards before being discharged into the park’s centralized drainage system, leading to the centralized wastewater treatment plant.
Waste Management
Daily waste and hazardous waste are collected and transported to designated treatment areas, where they are sorted and disposed of per regulations.
Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000 m³/day ensures treated wastewater complies with QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT standards before discharge.
Telecommunications
Postal and telecommunications services within the park are provided by VNPT Group. Fiber-optic networks and internet services are pre-installed up to each plot.
