Internal Transport:
The industrial park has a complete, synchronized internal traffic system. The internal roads include a main road up to 36.5m wide, with branch roads ranging from 19.5m in width.

Power Supply:
The power supply system includes 110/35/22KV power lines with a source capacity of 150MWH, arranged next to factory walls.

Public Lighting System:
Street lighting is designed separately from the domestic power system and is distributed along the main roads.

Water Supply System:
The water supply capacity is 6,000-8,000m3/day, with clean water provided to the factory perimeter.

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage System:
The industrial park has a separate drainage system for rainwater and wastewater, along internal roads. Rainwater is discharged directly into receiving sources, while wastewater is collected and treated at the industrial park’s centralized wastewater treatment plant to meet environmental discharge standards.

Waste Management:
Solid waste within the industrial park will be collected at a transfer station, sorted at the source, and then transported to the treatment area.

Wastewater Treatment:
The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,000 m3/day, with Phase 1 capacity at 2,000 m3 and Phase 2 at 2,000 m3.

Communication System:
The communication system is provided by network providers such as VNPT, FPT, Viettel, with multi-network, multi-frequency coverage, and is developed in coordination with the park’s technical infrastructure.
