Thang Long III Industrial Park covers an area of 213 hectares, developed in two phases: Phase I occupies 94.5 hectares, and Phase II spans 118.5 hectares. Established in late 2015, the park is located in Thien Ke Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province. Construction began on September 21, 2017, and Phase I was completed by November 8, 2018. Phase II construction followed shortly thereafter.
This is the third industrial park developed by Sumitomo Corporation (Thang Long Industrial Park Co., Ltd.) in Vietnam, following Thang Long I in Hanoi and Thang Long II in Hung Yen. With an investment of approximately USD 135 million (Phase I: USD 70.1 million), it represents the 10th out of 18 industrial parks in Vinh Phuc Province. Thang Long III is expected to set a benchmark for high-quality infrastructure, environmental standards, and cultural practices while accelerating industrial development.

Development Status (2020)
By the end of 2020, Thang Long III Industrial Park had attracted 27 investment projects, predominantly from Japan. These include 3 DDI projects (domestic direct investment) with a total investment of over VND 506 billion and 19 FDI projects (foreign direct investment) with a total capital exceeding USD 564 million.
Currently, 8 projects are operational, with the industrial land utilization rate reaching 75%. When fully occupied, the park is expected to host approximately 80 projects, creating 40,000–50,000 jobs, contributing taxes, and facilitating technology transfer, thereby boosting the socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc Province

Main roads: Widths of 40m, 59m, and 62m, with 4–6 lanes.

Equipped with a 110/22kV substation connected to four 110kV power lines, with a total capacity of 4x40MVA (Phase I: 2x25MVA transformers).
Backup power system: Three generators with capacities of 2x630KVA and 1x400KVA.

Minimum supply of 60m³/day/hectare, scalable based on customer needs.

Rainwater: Gravity-based drainage to surrounding canals and rivers.
Wastewater: Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 90,000m³/day (Phase I: 3,000m³/day).

Industrial waste is sorted, collected, and transported under contracts with service providers to ensure environmental safety.

High-speed fiber-optic infrastructure provided by leading telecom providers such as VNPT, Viettel, and FPT Telecom, ensuring global connectivity.
