Overview
Thanh Liem Industrial Park was approved by the People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province under Decision No. 750 dated May 11, 2018. The park spans parts of Thanh Thuy, Thanh Phong, Thanh Ha communes, Kien Khe town in Thanh Liem district, and Thanh Tuyen ward in Phu Ly City. Covering 293 hectares, it is divided into two phases: Phase 1, with over 150 hectares, has achieved 100% occupancy, while Phase 2 spans 143 hectares.
The investment and infrastructure development project for Phase II of Thanh Liem Industrial Park, valued at over 942 billion VND, was approved in March 2019. The project is developed by Capella Real Estate Corporation (Capella Ha Nam).
