Thuan Dao Industrial Park – Long An Province – Total Area: 815 ha – Lease Term: Until September 2061
Thuan Dao Industrial Park was officially established on December 23, 2011, with a total area of 815 ha, divided into three phases:
Phase 1: 113 ha
Phase 2: 189 ha
Phase 3: 461 ha and 52 ha for resettlement
The infrastructure investor is Dong Tam Industrial Park JSC. The park is located in Ben Luc Town, Ben Luc District, Long An Province.
Long An Province borders the southwest of Ho Chi Minh City, serving as a strategic gateway for trade between the Southern Key Economic Region and the Mekong Delta Region.
Currently:
Phase 1: 100% leased.
Expansion Phase 1: 189.843 ha under development.
Expansion Phase 2: Expected to start construction by the end of 2024 with an area of 461 ha.
Thuan Dao Industrial Park has attracted more than 50 secondary investment projects, of which over 90% are foreign direct investment (FDI) from major economic groups from countries and territories such as the United States, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. The park creates jobs for nearly 60,000 workers, contributing significantly to the strong industrial economic growth of Long An Province.

Treated to meet Standard A – QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT
Equipped with an automatic monitoring system before discharge
