Overview

Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister in the planning for Vietnam’s industrial zones under Decision No. 1107/QĐ-TT dated August 21, 2006. The park was established under Decision No. 1546/TTg-KTN of the Prime Minister dated September 18, 2008. After several adjustments, the total area of Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park now spans 504 ha, divided into two sections:

Section A: Infrastructure investor is Khai Son Joint Stock Company.

Section B: Construction started in September 2018, with a total area of 375.97 ha, including 300.04 ha for industrial purposes and 75.93 ha for urban areas serving the industrial park. This section covers Thanh Khuong, Dai Dong Thanh, Song Ho, Gia Dong, Dinh To, and Hoai Thuong communes of Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province. The infrastructure investor is Trung Quy – Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company.

  • Phase 1 (07/2009 – 12/2015):180 ha of land with an investment of 576 billion VND.
  • Phase 2 (01/2016 – 12/2020):96 ha of land with an expected investment of 342.93 billion VND.

In addition to the industrial park, the urban area project developed by Trung Quy – Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company is designed as a model urban area in the district and province. Waste Management:
Solid waste is classified, collected, and transported to a centralized landfill as per local regulations.

Wastewater Treatment:
The industrial park features a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 15,000m³/day, meeting environmental standards to support business operations.

Telecommunications:
A state-of-the-art telecommunications system is available to meet all communication and data transmission needs, both domestic and international.
