Overview
Tien Hai Industrial Park is located across four communes: Dong Co, Dong Lam, Tay Giang, and Tay Son in Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province. Covering an area of 466 hectares, the project has been approved by the Prime Minister for development by Viglacera Corporation – JSC.
One of the key advantages of Tien Hai Industrial Park is its central location within the northern provinces and along the Quang Ninh – Hai Phong – Thai Binh – Nam Dinh – Ninh Binh coastal economic development corridor. The park enjoys excellent transportation connectivity, both by road and water. Additionally, it benefits from a major energy advantage, being situated near the Tien Hai – Thai Binh gas field, which holds hundreds of billions of cubic meters of compressed natural gas (CNG), enabling industries that rely on high fuel consumption, such as building materials, ceramics, glass, and cement production.
Upon operation, the park has created employment for nearly 30,000 workers.
Location
Tien Hai Industrial Park is strategically located along the main road connecting Tien Hai Town to the coastal communes of Thai Binh. It is considered a key economic belt for Thai Binh Province, especially for the production of building materials, ceramics, and household goods. The park is 69 km from Cat Bi International Airport, 66 km from Hai Phong Port, and 24 km from Thai Binh City, offering significant advantages for both importers and exporters.

Solid waste (mainly ceramic waste, building materials, etc.) is sorted and transported to a designated landfill site in Long Hao West for disposal.
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant has a daily capacity of 3,500m³.
