Overview

Trang Cat Industrial Park (IP) is a large-scale project located in Truong Cat Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City. The park spans 790.79 hectares and is part of the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone. Its infrastructure is designed to international standards, modern and synchronized. The project comprises four functional zones:

Urban Area: 435.73 hectares.
Export Processing Zone: 205.88 hectares.
Integrated Services and Social Housing Area: 116.56 hectares.
Green Buffer Zone with Static Traffic Facilities: 32.62 hectares.

The project is a strategic joint venture between Kinh Bac City Development Corporation (KBC) and Foxconn (Taiwan).
