Overview
Trang Due Industrial Park (IP) is one of Hai Phong City’s key development projects and a component of the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone, approved by the Prime Minister in August 2013. It is a modern, eco-friendly industrial park, attracting 73 domestic and foreign investors with a total investment of USD 6 billion. Significant FDI contributors include LG Electronics and other vendors from South Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Most projects in Trang Due IP are focused on electronics manufacturing, employing modern industrial production lines. The park boasts the highest technology density and investment efficiency in Hai Phong, contributing significantly to the city’s top ranking in FDI attraction in recent years. Its high-tech projects have created a green and clean industrial model, contributing to social and economic development.
Trang Due IP is expanding with Phase 3, which will cover an additional 687 hectares.
Location
Trang Due IP is located in Le Loi Ward, An Duong District, Hai Phong City, adjacent to National Highway 10 and between National Highway 5A and the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway. National Highway 10 serves as a primary route for the northern coastal region and connects to National Highway 18, facilitating international tourism and freight transport from northern Vietnam. This strategic location is ideal for industrial development.

Internal Roads

Electricity Supply
- Equipped with a 110/35/22KV substation with modern, advanced equipment.
- Capacity of 2x63MVA, providing a stable 24/7 power supply exclusively for the industrial park.
Water Supply
- Water is supplied by Vat Cach Water Plant with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters/day, currently being upgraded to 30,000 cubic meters/day to meet demand.
Drainage Systems
- Separate systems for wastewater and rainwater are installed along roads and directed to the park’s treatment station.
Waste Management
- Solid waste is sorted, collected, and transported to the city’s designated waste facility.
Wastewater Treatment
- Industrial and domestic wastewater is collected and treated at the park’s wastewater treatment facility with a Phase 1 capacity of 5,000 cubic meters/day.
Telecommunications
- Underground telecommunications systems provided by leading service providers, including VNPT, EVN-Telecom, and Viettel Telecom.
- Dedicated FTTH fiber optic cables, ADSL, and IP phone exchanges.
