Internal Transportation

• • The internal road system is designed to ensure smooth connectivity between factories and external traffic networks.
  • Road width ranges from 12m to 30m.

Power Supply

• • Initially, electricity will be supplied from the 110kV Do Luong substation via the 35kV transmission line running through the area.
  • In the long term, a new 110kV substation with a capacity of 63MVA (110/35/22kV) will be constructed according to Nghe An province’s power development plan.

Public Lighting System

• • The street lighting network is separate from the general power supply and installed along all internal roads.

Water Supply

• • A water plant with a capacity of 4,000 m³/day-night will supply clean water for industrial and domestic use.
  • Water is sourced from the Lam River, pumped through primary pumping stations, and distributed via the industrial park’s pipeline system.

Stormwater & Wastewater Drainage

• • Stormwater and wastewater systems are separate.
  • Stormwater is discharged into the industrial park’s drainage channels.

Waste Management

• • Solid waste is collected at designated transfer stations, sorted at the source, and transported daily to treatment facilities.

Wastewater Treatment

• • A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day-night ensures wastewater is treated to national environmental standards before being released.

Telecommunications

• • A modern telecommunication system ensures seamless connectivity and provides services such as:
    • Private switchboards
    • International calls
    • Video conferencing
    • Leased lines
    • High-speed internet
    • Email services
