Overview
On April 24, 2018, the Bac Giang Provincial Industrial Park Management Board announced the approval of the detailed construction planning for the Viet Han Industrial Park (Viet Yen), at a 1/2000 scale. On February 22, 2021, Fuji Phuc Long Development Co., Ltd. was appointed as the investor for the construction and infrastructure development of the Viet Han Industrial Park under Decision No. 225/QD-TTg. Fuji Phuc Long has a charter capital of VND 607 billion, established by two members: Contrexim No. 1 Joint Stock Company and Fuji Bac Giang Development Joint Stock Company.
The industrial park is located across the communes of Hong Thai, Hoang Ninh, and Tang Tien (Viet Yen District). Specifically:
- Tang Tien Commune: 64.44 hectares
- Hong Thai Commune: 122.9 hectares
- Hoang Ninh Commune: 9.97 hectares
Total area: 197.31 hectares
The total investment capital for the project is approximately VND 1,750 billion. Phase 1 of the project will cover 50 hectares. The industrial park is expediting land clearance activities. It will feature modern, synchronized infrastructure, including internal roads, stormwater drainage, wastewater collection systems, power and water supply systems, a wastewater treatment plant, and other technical infrastructure. Once operational, the park promises to be an ideal investment destination for both domestic and international investors.

Viet Han Industrial Park boasts a prime location with convenient transport connections:
- Connected to the Hanoi–Bac Giang Expressway via a frontage road
- Links to National Highway 17 and National Highway 37

Infrastructure
Internal Roads
The internal road system includes main roads and branch roads:
- Main roads: 25 meters wide
- Branch roads: 17.5 meters wide
Electricity System
The park’s electricity is supplied by the 110/22/50MVA substation.
Public Lighting System
The public lighting network is designed separately from the residential power supply system, with lighting fixtures installed along the internal roads.
Water Supply System
Water for the industrial park is sourced from the D500 water supply pipeline operated by DNP Bac Giang Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.
Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage
- Stormwater: Flows along internal roads into channels surrounding the industrial park and discharges into nearby canals and rivers.
- Wastewater: Collected along roads and treated at the industrial park’s centralized treatment station.
Waste Treatment
Solid waste from factories is sorted, collected, and transported to designated landfills as regulated.
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant meets national standards with a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters per day.
